Prayer is easy, simple and fun - and you don't have to be specially chosen to be effective in it!

For many years now prayer has been my passion, and is the hallmark of my ministry. It was in fact the very first thing the Lord trained me to do after Les and I were married. 

One thing that I have learned over the years is that everyone has the ability to be effective in their prayer life! There is just one simple thing that you need to develop. It is: 

A Face-to-face Relationship With the Lord Jesus! 

You may think that this is too simple! You may think that it has nothing to do with prayer. But it has everything to do with prayer! 

You see, prayer is coming to the Lord and sharing your heart with Him. It is learning how to talk to Him and learning how to hear Him speaking back to you. 

Once you get this concept firmly rooted in your spirit, you will begin to take off in your prayer life like never before! 

All the articles on this page are about prayer. I also have summaries of the chapters in my book The Way to Effective Prayer. 

Not everyone has the time to read a whole book or a long chapter. What can be helpful then is a quick summary of what I cover in my book. You can always go into more detail later on.

Also it is useful if you have read the book, but just want a quick reminder of the important things that are covered in it.
