A Little About Me

 

Hi! In case you do not know me... I am Craig Toach.

Let me give you the upper hand here and let me share a little about myself that others might not know about me....

No man is complete unless he has a family.

I for one am blessed to have in my life three beautiful young ladies and I am the husband to an awesome woman of God and wonderful wife! You should know her by now... Apostle Colette Toach.

I can honestly say the my wife was instrumental in me coming to know the Lord.

Many do not know, but Colette and I met in a Steak House Restaurant as waiters. That right over sizzling steaks and the aroma of sauces, I met my future wife.. How Romantic! Okay it got better I promise!

Yet little did I know that event, would change my life forever and lead me on the adventure of a life time. Who said a woman cannot turn a man’s world upside down! 

Having grown-up in a Christian home her whole life and the daughter of the powerfully anointed man and woman of God (Apostles Les and Daphne Crause… who were praying for my salvation at the time). It is no wonder within a very short period of time; I can to know the Lord and the calling that was on my life.

I remember as Apostle Les lead me to the Lord, I knew that this is what I had been looking for all my life. Finally the missing pieces of my life came together and for the first time in my life... I had a purpose for living.

That night my eyes where opened to my loving Savior Lord Jesus. And as I committed my life to him, Colette and I started our life together not only as husband and wife, but as a ministry team devoting our lives to the Lord and his kingdom.

Under the Spiritual guidance of our spiritual parents Apostles Les and Daphne, Colette and I were able to grow together as a team in the calling on our lives. And in turn we were also able to become a part of the Ministry team of our Spiritual parents. Where we were able to see and learn under them as they functioned in ministry.

For me this was something brand new and an exciting time of learning. For Colette it was a time of completing what she had been learning her whole life.

From the onset of our relationship, Colette and I knew that our relationship was different to many other marriages.

In Ministry it was clear Colette carried the stronger call and therefore had a more dominate role to play when it came to the carrying out of the ministry.

 

Well to make and long story short...

Adding the birth of my three daughters (Debs, Jess and Ruby); changing countries from South Africa to Mexico, have all lead to many trails and learning curves that have given us the wisdom to help others. Through our school of hard knocks, Colette and I are able to help you overcome the stumbling blocks you are facing.

My call to Servant hood

 

I can truly say my real call to servanthood came when the wheels of the airplane touched down on the tarmac of the runway.

I arrived in Mexico, with many preconceived ideas of what I was going to do in ministry and what I felt the Lord had called me to do.

I was ready to conquer the world, but little did I know how much of "I" was in this vision and how little of the Lord and the ministry team I was a part of where left out.

This lead to many deaths to the flesh and humbling, to the point where everyone was doing the work of the ministry… and me! I was given the grand task of garden boy. I the great minister, who had flown (who knows how many thousands of miles) to go make a difference in the Kingdom of God, was left trimming trees and picking up dog droppings… Great calling right?

Yet in that time, I came to know the Lord in such a special way that even now, I sometimes long for those time again. I came to see that true ministry has many faces and many avenues. 

I came to see that not everything I did needed to be up there for everyone to see. I saw how simple tasks that benefited the ministry and the team as a whole, improved the teams overall abilities to complete what the Lord had called them to do, faster and more effectively.

What use is a General going to battle without his troops or the men and woman in the back-round carrying out the many plans and strategies put into process by the General himself.

Yet the freedom he has knowing the every detail is taken care of, frees him to continue planning the overall victory of the war.

I found a peace and freedom come over me that day. In my heart I knew I was not ready to be that General. I knew I could not do what the Lord had called him to do! Yet I could be one who could carry out the orders and play a part in the battle.

Now every story needs a good ending! And that is how this one ends…

Since this time, I have gone through many levels of growth and rising up. I have gone from that garden boy, to becoming a leader in my own right.

You see the Lord did not destine me to stay a no body. He destined me to greater things! What I learnt and am still learning is that of the greatest servant of all – The Lord Jesus Christ:

 

• Then I let go of myself and my ambitions, the true heart and power of the servant could rise up.
• Only a true servant is ready to learn and change from those above and below them.
• Only a true servant is ready to help those above and below them equally.
• When others do not see, it is enough to have the Lord Jesus say “Well done my good and faithful servant”
• Only a true heart of a servant rejoices as other rise up above them, knowing they had a part to play.
• Only a true servant can rise up in humility to take their place as a true leader, knowing it was and is the Lord Jesus in them that qualifies them.
• Only a true Leader can be a servant to anyone The Lord Jesus calls him to serve.

 

May you find this joy and may you rise up to become the True servant and Leader the Lord Jesus has called you to be! May you fulfill this much needed ministry, so that the whole body of Christ can be glorified and benefit!
