This Is The Home Of All Ministers and Partners of Apostolic Movement International

Here You Can Meet Each One And Get To Know Them Better

Hello, my name is Les Crause and I have the wonderful privilege of being the spiritual and Apostolic Father to an amazing group of people

When my wife Daphne and I first started this ministry in 1998 we were living in a foreign land, without any visible means of support and the only family members we had with us were our immediate children and grandchildren.

Our first attempts on the Internet began while I learned how to make pages, and the family members each found their personal gifts and talents. Slowly each one found their place and became an expert in their own realm

Reaching The World By Email

My first mailing list had about 5 members subscribed, and every one was a relative or friend that already knew us. I started out doing several huge studies. Each one would take me a good part of the day to complete.

I wonder how many even of my own friends and relatives took the time to read my studies those days.

Enter The Daily Word

As other folks found out about our mailing list, I decided to produce a teaching or encouragement each day. I called my publication The Daily Word and I tried to put out a new one every day.

Before long I had produced quite a few of these and we had a collection of daily studies, some of which we put into web pages, which we called our Archives.

You can still read many of these studies online on our archives pages

The Family Begins

Our first spiritual family consisted entirely of actual family members - my own children and their spouses. But in time as we reached out to the nations, God began to bring in many whom we grew to know and love.

We started out developing relationships on the internet, and when we met at some of our first conferences, the Lord began to bring us even closer together, and many became our spiritual children

The Training Schools

Our first training school produced students who qualified to be placed into ministry offices. Before long we were not alone any more. We had a full ministry team including the original Executive Team made up of my own family members, and the new ministers that the Lord had brought in.

After that when I spoke about my family, I was not talking any more about my blood relatives. Jesus had given us spiritual children who were just as close to us as our natural children. We found out how Jesus felt when someone told Him that His mother and brothers were wanting Him. He pointed to His disciples and called them His family instead.

Sifting The Wheat

When you grow attached to someone it really hurts when they reject what you offered them and turn their backs on you.

In time I came to understand the following Scriptures:

John 6:66 From that [time] many of his disciples went back, and were no longer associated with him.
67 Then Jesus said to the twelve, Will you also go away? (AMIV)

John 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have I not chosen you twelve, and [yet] one of you is an agent of the enemy? (AMIV)

2 Timothy 4:10 For Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. (AMIV)

Many came and left. Some came only to get, and some wanted to be in control. But the Lord had given us a clear mandate and we made it clear from the beginning that we could not be bought with silver or gold, friendship or recognition.

Jesus Knows The Pain

Each time someone left it was a like a spear in my heart, and I understood the pain that Jesus must feel each time one of us turns our back on Him.

Jesus faced the pain of having even those closest to Him rejecting Him. One of his own beloved disciples betrayed Him, and the most promising of them denied Him three times when He needed all the support He could get.

We too faced the pain of rejection, and in time we had to part ways not only with many who had come really close to us and been in our ministry team, but even some of our blood relatives and members of the Executive Team

But with each loss, the Lord brought in those who meant business and were prepared to pay the price.

Apostolic Movement International Is Born

Our first mandate was to produce materials and resources for those called to the Fivefold Ministry. To do this we formed a ministry which we called Global Ministry Resource Network.

We later changed this to Global Minisry Resources International as our influence began to reach across the nations. But as we started to reach our goal of putting together a full set of resources for the Fivefold Ministry, it became clear that God had called us to something far higher than we realized.

GMR Comes To Death

As a result of not providing an infrastructure for those whom God was raising up to leadership in the Body Universal, there came a split in the ministry team, and many key family members who felt too restricted decided to leave us

This was another painful experience, but the Lord showed us that He was still in control, and He increased our mandate to embrace far more than we had ever done before

It was time to set up a Ministry Organization that would span the Nations and provide an umbrella for Apostles and Prophets across the World

A New Executive Is Formed

With the restructuring of the ministry, the executive team now consists of four members, each apostles in office, who together head Apostolic Movement International. This team consists of Daphne and Myself along with Apostles Craig and Colette Toach.

Colette was from the beginning the main instigator and supporter of the Fivefold Training Schools, and continues to function as the President of all the training schools

She functions especially well in the training of the Prophets and Apostles, and continues to work with each new partner that the Lord brings to us.

Those who have become our spiritual children were all first mentored by her before taking their place as members of the ministry team and inner circle of AMI.

She continues to be my Right Hand in the work of the Lord and an indispensable part of Apostolic Movement International

Craig fulfills many functions in AMI, apart from being Colette's support and covering.

Having a loving and caring nature, he is the one most people turn to when they need encouragement, and he therefore functions as the Dean of Students in the Training Schools.

He also has a passion for kids and young people, and has the ability to minister to them at their level, instead of trying to bring them up to adult level.

Craig is an all round "nice guy" but still a strong leader, always ready to carry out whatever responsibility lies before him, whether it be an admin function or dealing with staff difficulties, or sitting on the phone ministering personally to students with problems.

A New Ministry Team Is Gathered

The Lord originally gave us a full ministry team consisting of 12 members. We did not count them at first, but it seemed like the Lord was causing us to follow His pattern of having 12 disciples.

Over time some of these members left us for various reasons, and in every case the Lord replaced them again so that there always seemed to be that exact number

But then the Lord showed us that Jesus did not only have 12 disciples that he sent out. He also sent out another 70 later on. And then on the Day of Pentecost, there were 120 gathered together to receive the Holy Spirit.

We are not sure how many gathered the day Jesus ascended into heaven, to whom He gave the Great Commission, but it is clear that Jesus sent out a lot more than His 12 disciples.

A New Family is Created

The Lord showed us that He would bring in a much larger group that would stand with us in the work of the Lord, and help to reach the nations for the Kingdom of God.

That was when we birthed the AMI Family. And now we invite those who wish to become partners with us in the work to prayerfully seek the Lord about become an integral part of AMI.

Those who commit themselves to us by taking part in our training and help shoulder the load of the work are given the opportunity to partake of the blessings that the Lord has given us.

Our partners are not only given the best training available for the Fivefold Ministry, but they are also given a website of their own, to express the ministry that the Lord has given them

If you have come to love and appreciate us and this ministry, we invite you to become part of this fast growing family and community. We would love to see you as a part of the AMI Family.
